Located in a cul-de-sac only 1km from the \' Blue Flag\' beach of Castelo, with its own beach bar reataurant There are many restaurants and bars in the area, some within walking distance. Car hire is recommended but not essential.
Albufeira town, famous for its nightlife and interesting Old town is 5kms.
The 3 principal bedrooms and the lounge have air conditioning which can be for heating and cooling.
There is a swimming pool approximately 7m x 3.5 with extensive surrounding terraces, including a brick B.B.Q. and shower.

There is a fully fitted kitchen with microwave, filter coffee machine, toaster , dishwasher and washing machine. There is a small bedroom with bunk beds suitable for two children,a bathroom with a walk in shower and a twin bedroom . On the first floor there are two twin bedrooms and bathroom. There is an alarm system and a safe and a metered telephone.
